Add English Language Option

Salve galera,

Fui incentivado a disponibilizar informações sobre o jogo em inglês, que não é meu idioma nativo mas que poderia chamar atenção de um público maior. Pensando nisso eu resolvi não só dar tais informações como também lançar uma atualização com a tradução do jogo, espero que apreciem. Até logo :D

Implementação do menu de configurações com duas opções de idioma sendo elas PT-BR e EN-US.

Hi guys,

I was encouraged to give some information about the game available in english (it's not my native language) because could appeal to a wider audience. Thinking about it, I decided not only to give such information but also to release an update with the translation of the game, I hope you enjoy it. See ya :D

Add  the settings menu with two language options, PT-BR and EN-US.
